Here you will the Food Works Class for Camps. After you view the class and successfully answer each review questions, you will be allowed to print a certificate. This certificate should be posted for inspectors to review. The certificate is valid for up to 2 weeks. When you enter the website, click on Camp Food Workers Class. There will be a video which takes a few minutes to load. Review the video once or twice until you understand the concepts. Then go back to the home page and click on Camps Review Questions. Take the test that comes up (25 questions - you can't fail) and print out your certificate at the end. Before printing you will be prompted to enter your name and a date. PLEASE ENTER THE DATE AS JUNE 21, 2010 no matter what day you actually take the test. This way you are covered while at camp.
